Been a busy, but very enjoyable week-end. My son came Thursday and stayed until Sunday afternoon. My daughter and boy friend came Saturday and left last night. Had not seen them for a year and two years.
They don't live that far away, but schedules make it hard to get together. Daughter from Nebraska came for a visit on Sunday afternoon. Was a very nice weekend. It is nice to have the cabin for people to stay when they come to visit. Saturday nite we had rib-eye steaks at the b & g in the small town near here. There steaks are 1 1/2 inches thick and steak plate big. Good eating. We stayed for a couple of bottles of liquid of the grain and a little shuffleboard. It will seem quiet now. The dogs will really notice the quiet. They had a lot of people to play with them for a few days and now its back to just mom and dad! How borrrring!
Looks like the weather will be up and down this week. Maybe I can get some things done outside.
Spring will be coming on in a couple of months and I will not be ready.

ReplyDeleteWorst experience I ever had along those lines was a pepperoni Jalapeno pizza, like napalm the cheese gave it sticking power. Fortunately I had an emergency pack of baby-wipes in the freezer.
